A proposal of self-discovery and liberation to play and act in an experiential, emotional and creative theatre, where the need of the character becomes the transforming action of the story. We will play on a stage of trust, where the actor's spirit can express itself with authenticity, spontaneity and vulnerability, surrendering to the interpretation (that is, to live, express and act). Discard sadness and melancholy.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Art, in all its forms, elevates the spirit and lightens the sorrows of the soul\".<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

We rely on the various techniques of the great masters of teaching acting (attention, relaxation, breathing, rhythm, voice and self-listening in the \"here and now\") to immerse ourselves in emotion, in the authentic emotion from which expression emanates, both bodily and that which is prolonged in the voice. And from there, with a wink, creativity begins its improvisation.<\/span><\/p>\n

We focus on the development of the actor as a human being (body-mind-spirit) and on stage play as an antidote to our internal conditioning, insecurities, fears or shame, reinforcing self-esteem and the pleasure of acting.<\/span><\/p>\n
