From survival strategies to experiences of connection.<\/b>
\nThe contributions of neuroscience and the knowledge of physiology in traumatic experiences clarify and give a closer understanding of what happens in people's bodies, of the needs that arise from these experiences and allow a much more precise framework for the processes of affective dysregulation and survival defences.
\nThese meetings provide a theoretical and experiential space in which to delve into the somatic reality of trauma and provide resources for the repair, re-signification and integration of attachment wounds experienced in childhood. A necessary perspective for helping professionals and a space for self-care to attend to what at the time did not have the necessary time and support.<\/p>\n
