The integration of boundaries, the release of shells and a curious attitude towards the exploration of one's own body and its erotic quality can help us discover new ways to connect with our sexuality and an awareness of our inner limits and needs.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>THE DUALITY OF BEING.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u00a0<strong>6 and 7 DECEMBER<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<p>We will delve into the exploration of the feminine\/masculine, yin\/Yang, Shiva\/Shakti duality that resides within us.<br \/>\nHow do we deal with these two energies, how do our beliefs and the roles we take on condition us in our sexuality and personal relationships? A space for the expression of these two qualities, being able to find an inner balance and a healthy and conscious handling of them.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>SACRED TOUCH.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h6><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u00a07 and 8 FEBRUARY 2026<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>In this workshop we will explore the human skills of giving and receiving through massage, touch and connected communication, integrating our deep needs and longings to learn how to communicate them in an appropriate and connected way.<br \/>\nThus working on deservedness and surrender in receiving and what happens to us when we consciously put ourselves at the service through a touch connected to the heart.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>FROM INSTINCT TO HEART.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u00a0<strong>7 and 8 MARCH 2026<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<p>A space to explore the connection between our most instinctive and animal part and our most loving, compassionate and emotional dimension. The path towards a conscious sexuality begins when these two centres dialogue and integrate, allowing us to open up to a wider and deeper plane.
