TCI introductory workshop."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Do you find it difficult to express what you feel, to say NO, or to set boundaries?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Would you like to learn how to listen to your body so that you can get in touch with what you need, what does you good and what doesn't do you good?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you resonate with these questions, we invite you on this exploratory journey where:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Learning to listen to your body.<\/li>\n<li>Being able to observe your bodily sensations and identify your needs and the signals of your internal limit.<\/li>\n<li>Explore experientially how, by supporting yourself through the body, you can give expression to these needs and boundaries with confidence, without guilt and as a form of self-care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This introductory workshop of the Integrative Body Therapy Training is a wonderful opportunity to experience what your body can reveal to you.
