Group psychotherapeutic journey based on transpersonal dance therapy, deep psychology (Jungian) in movement and psycho-corporal therapy.<\/p>\n
Transpersonal dance therapy belongs to the group of creative arts in psychotherapy and is characterised by the use of creative and meaningful movement to integrate emotional, psychological or psychosomatic and spiritual processes.<\/p>\n
Also included are tools on nervous system regulation and the biology of trauma, conscious touch and non-violent communication.<\/p>\n
This proposal is created as a safe and respectful space to explore who we are and how we relate beyond our defence mechanisms and verbal language.<\/p>\n
No dance or movement experience is necessary.<\/em><\/p>\n If you have any difficulty in movement - due to illness, poor mobility or any other reason - you are also welcome.
