It is expressed in the body, in emotions, in the way we bond and in the relationship we have with ourselves. When we give it a space to listen and be present, it can become a source of self-knowledge, care and transformation.<\/p>\n<p>From this perspective, we are opening a new edition of the Integrative Sexuality workshop cycle, which this year is being expanded with an additional workshop. It is an invitation to stop, explore and understand how we live our sexuality today, in a safe, respectful and therapeutically accompanied space.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What will you find in these meetings?<\/strong><br \/>\nA space of intimacy and trust to reflect on your sexual history, acknowledge beliefs and emotions, and develop a greater connection with the body through bodily and emotional tools. The process is guided by professionals in human sexuality and supported by a group where respect, listening and confidentiality are essential.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who is it aimed at?<br \/>\n<\/strong>To people who feel the desire to reconnect with their body, their pleasure and their sensitivity; to those who want to understand how their personal history influences their sexual experience; and to health and education professionals who seek to integrate a more conscious, humane and respectful view of sexuality into their practice.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>DAY 1:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>MY CREATIVE SEXUALITY<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Creativity opens up spaces where desire can express itself freely.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Day and Place<\/strong>: Saturday <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>11 April from 10h to 20h<\/strong> <\/span>in Om Yoga Salud (Sencelles)<\/p>\n<p>Play and conscious contact are essential elements for a lively and healthy sexuality. Through them, the body relaxes, regains security and expands its capacity to feel, express and bond with pleasure and presence.<\/p>\n<p>This workshop offers a therapeutic space to explore sexuality through creativity and bodily experience. Through careful and progressive dynamics, we accompany the listening of the body, the contact with desire and the connection with the vital energy, respecting the internal rhythm of each person.<\/p>\n<p>We encourage confidence in one's own way of feeling and expressing oneself, enabling play as a way of emotional regulation, self-knowledge and enjoyment. Where before there were automatisms or silences, a space of choice and presence can open up.<\/p>\n<p>This workshop offers internal tools to walk the path of sexuality and relationships with greater security, clarity and personal coherence.<br \/>\nIn this workshop we will explore care and boundaries from an integrative therapeutic approach, supported by Integrative Body Therapy (IBT), Gestalt and Authentic Movement. Through bodily experience, inner listening and conscious movement, we will approach the way we hold our personal and relational space.<\/p>\n<p>The process invites to recognise body signals, emotions and needs, favouring a greater clarity to inhabit contact and intimacy from respect and internal coherence. Before the encounter with the other, there is an inner space that needs to be felt, cared for and recognised in order to sustain fuller bonds.<\/p>\n<p>This workshop proposes a space of pause and recollection, oriented to strengthen the contact with yourself from a deep and respectful bodily experience. Through breathing, sensory listening and conscious contact, we explore forms of self-support that nurture inner security and the capacity to be in presence.<\/p>\n<p>The journey invites us to soften our self-demanding nature and to expand our sensitivity, allowing forgotten inner landscapes to emerge.
