A journey in four words

There are times in life when something inside you asks to go deeper: to understand yourself better, to listen to your body, to relate in a more authentic way. Or even to learn to accompany other people in their processes.

If you feel that call, we want to invite you to a special space: the Cercle de Consciència Open Day.

An opportunity to explore the four pillars of therapeutic work that make up our school.

✨ CONTACT — Integrative Gestalt Training

✨ RESPECT — Integrative Sexuality Training

✨ BOUNDARIES — Integrative Body Therapy Training

✨ PRESENCIA — Integrative Transpersonal Training

Four paths that intertwine in the same journey back to you.

A journey through four doors

We invite you to explore these four words, which are also four living experiences. Each one opens a door: a space of consciousness, body and relationship.

CONTACT:

The moment something awakens inside you

The moment you recognise yourself. When the encounter with the other person happens. When something alive begins to stir.

Contact is the basis of Training in Integrative Gestalt.

An apprenticeship in developing presence, consciousness and authentic relationship.

LIMITS:

The support that allows you to feel backed and strong

Inhabit your internal space. Feel the body as containment. Rest within your own structure.

Limits are the pivot of Training in Integrative Body Therapy.

A process to reconnect with the body as a place of support and transformation.

Listen to intimacy. Recognise desire. Embrace diversity.

Respect is the heart of Training in Integrative Sexuality.

A path to living sexuality with awareness, sensitivity and authenticity.
