Release your anxiety
We offer you resources so that you can manage and recognise the language of your anxiety, respecting your rhythms and so that you learn to take care of yourself in a safe environment.
We will use tools of body awareness, breathing, meditation, play, to be able to let go of the discomfort that invades you, providing you with a self-care routine. Being the group a pillar where you can support yourself.
We count on your presence and commitment to the sessions to acquire the key to overcoming anxiety.
