Personal working group
Two monthly meetings from 19:00 to 21:00 (October 2023 to May 2024).
To relate is to communicate, through words, gestures, silence or any other form of expression... To relate is to open myself to the space of the other and to open my own space to them, and in that space, feelings and sensations of all kinds move.
If you want to explore in these spaces your ways of relating to others, in the Personal Work Group we will do it...
"I am me, You are you..."
Thus begins Fritz Perls' famous 'gestalt prayer'.
This affirmation of individuation was very necessary in the context of a "normalising" society. It is the step to answer: Who am I?
And when to the I and the you we add the we, you and they, the group, the society, makes its appearance.
Then, the question arises: Who am I, in the group? That adds one more factor to the unknown.
