This is a therapeutic space aimed at people who are interested in deepening their self-knowledge from a corporal approach.

Music and movement, breathing and unblocking the body will be some of the techniques we will use to become aware of the automatisms that make it difficult for us to live the present fully.

By listening to the body, we will regain sensitivity and a more real contact with our needs, gaining expressiveness and spontaneity, and a greater openness to enjoyment and pleasure.

Characters on stage!
Therapeutic theatre.
Theatre deals with what happens here and now, it is experiential, it has a direct relationship with emotions. We will inhabit the space learning to observe our own character and inner abilities. We will explore our creativity, giving ourselves permission to BE, to be present with all our characters.
A workshop in which we dive into the adventure of playing, where error is our ally, where we show and find ourselves, complete people, feeling the freedom of spontaneous expression, approaching our essence from the honesty of the present moment and the organic response, creating an enriching experience of group energy.

TCI SUPERVISORY GROUP (Mallorca)
To gain confidence in somatic accompaniment. Strengthening the theoretical foundations that guide our work and learning how to facilitate bodily-based proposals. Supervision for students, TCI alumni and other therapists who wish to deepen their practice in somatic accompaniment.
You will be able to experience the proposals and accompany them. In this way, you will learn how the proposals feel in the body and also how they are accompanied, from a place of respect and presence, providing the necessary time and space.

Ibiza activity with multiple workshops
Sexuality cycle and TCI
This cycle is a group journey of personal exploration so that you can deepen your exploration of your body and your sexuality from the perspective and framework of ICT (Integrative Bodywork Therapy) alongside other disciplines, such as tantra, somatics, conscious touch and conscious breathwork.

We offer you various workshops for exploring your own personal process from a therapeutic and professional approach so that you can explore your eroticism, the relationship with your body and the authentic expression of your being. Open to all sexual diversity, in a safe and supportive space.

This tour is made up of two loops:
Basic Cycle: people who want to start from the basics.
Advanced Cycle: people with experience or who have attended 3 workshops of the basic cycle.
Lower secondary education
21 and 22 October – Me, my body and my limits.
Enjoying a healthy and grounded sexuality depends on the safety and connection you feel in relation to your own body. The integration of boundaries, the release of shells and a curious attitude towards the exploration of one's own body and its erotic quality can help us discover new ways to connect with our sexuality and an awareness of our inner limits and needs.

25 and 26 November – Breathe and love yourself.
A workshop aimed at exploring sexuality and love through breathwork. Conscious breathing is hugely beneficial to the body on a physical, emotional and mental level, releasing tension, trauma and repressed emotions, bringing peace and clarity within oneself.

Through this practice we will facilitate the release of repressed emotional carga, giving space to the processing and integration of past experiences that may have remained unfinished in the body. In this way, we will be able to receive the new, opening ourselves up to self-love and allowing the flow of sexual energy.

9 and 10 December – The duality of the feminine and masculine.
We will delve into the exploration of the feminine and masculine duality, Yin/Yang, Shiva/Shakti that resides within us. How do we manage these two energies? How do they condition our sexuality and personal relationships?

A space for the expression of these two qualities, enabling one to find an internal balance and a healthy, conscious management of them.

27 and 28 January 2025 – Sacred touch.
In this workshop we will explore the human skills of giving and receiving through massage, touch and connected communication, integrating our deep needs and longings to learn how to communicate them in an appropriate and connected way.

Working in this way on deservingness and surrender in receiving, and what happens to us when we consciously place ourselves in service through a heart-connected touch.

Advanced cycle
10 and 11 February – Me and joy.
Do you know your own map of pleasure? Have you considered what your sexuality would be like if there were no goal to achieve or surpass? In this workshop we will delve into erotic pleasure through the activation of various bodily areas. We will explore the experience of sustaining pleasure in the body and discover what prevents us from accessing it. Becoming aware of all this will allow us to root a more natural and less fragmented experience of sexuality.

2 and 3 March – Repair of the sexual wound.
A space in which we will explore, with subtlety, our innate capacity for pleasure, unlocking the various segments that prevent access to information regarding wounds linked to sexuality. Through body work, ritual and tender contact, we will make space for the repair of our wounded sexuality.

Activity organised by TCI in Ibiza
TCI Supervision Group (Ibiza)
The TCI Supervision group is aimed at students and alumni of the Integrative Body Therapy training. Its objective is the acquisition of clinical practice in both individual and group TCI therapy. Supervised sessions will be held, the contents that the new therapist needs for the maturation of their therapeutic style will be discussed and the cases that the TCI therapist presents will be worked on.
Whether you are already practising as a therapist or not, it is a rich space to continue working on yourself and exploring yourself in facilitation from the perspective of Integrative Bodywork Therapy. This group is open to 3rd-year students of the Integrative Bodywork Therapy training as part of the supervision hour requirements for obtaining the school's qualification, which grants access, for those who require it, to the FEDINE (Federación Politécnica Española de Diplomados) qualification.

To relate is to communicate, through words, gestures, silence or any other form of expression... To relate is to open myself to the space of the other and to open my own space to them, and in that space, feelings and sensations of all kinds move.
If you want to explore in these spaces your ways of relating to others, in the Personal Work Group we will do it...

"I am me, You are you..."
Thus begins Fritz Perls' famous 'gestalt prayer'.
This affirmation of individuation was very necessary in the context of a "normalising" society. It is the step to answer: Who am I?
And when to the I and the you we add the we, you and they, the group, the society, makes its appearance.
Then, the question arises: Who am I, in the group? That adds one more factor to the unknown.
