I offer a space of intimacy and shared wisdom, where you will amplify your inner listening through the body, recognising your real needs, establishing a healthy, honest and more pleasurable relationship with yourself, and recovering the integration: «the body, mind, emotion, energy that we are.» Bioenergetics, breathing, creative expression, movement, music, play, Gestalt techniques and the group as a pillar of support will facilitate your entering into the experience and the genuine that is within you.
