Depth in the body approach
FREE ONLINE CONFERENCE FOR THE TCI TRAINING
The value of somatic work as a pathway to self-knowledge
Integrative Bodywork Therapy proposes various ways of connecting with bodily experience as a path towards health.
As we understand and feel the blocks in our bodies — usually manifested as tension accumulated throughout the stages of our development — the possibility opens up for those knots to begin to loosen.
When this happens, the vital energy that was contained can flow once again, promoting a greater sense of presence, vitality and well-being.
Why the body?
It is a question that invites us to delve deeper into the meaning of bodywork and the function of a psychotherapeutic space that focuses on the body, in a concrete and conscious way.
What about the body in a society that disconnects us from our rhythms and in a system that makes no room for pausing, breathing and feelings?
In this talk we will explore these questions, reflecting on the value of the body and somatic work as a pathway to self-knowledge.
We will also open a space to share concerns, resonances and possibilities that this approach awakens.
This meeting will be facilitated by Cristina Ribera and María Saura.
We are waiting for you!
